An open plan living/dining area with a sofa bed, a balcony boasting sea and infinity pool views. Port de le mer is a new and upcoming area with stunning coffee shops such as Alici and Eco mind cafe, and a Geant supermarket all within a 5-minute walk. Le Mer Beach is a short 7-minute drive with newly opened restaurants and beach clubs. * Fully furnished 1 spacious bedroom plus sofa bed * Bright & spacious living area with smart tv and full sea view * Panoramic views of the marina and Sea * Bright dining area * High-quality finishes and modern design throughout * Good size balcony * Floor-to-ceiling windows * Covered basement parking space * A walkway bridge connects one building to another * Amenities: Swimming pools, fitness centre, sauna, and restaurants * Please be advised that the swimming pool is closed for renovation until further notice.
