Balcony Rules ( FINE: AED 2,000 ) Balconies must be kept clean and clear at all times. * Do not hang laundry on balconies * No BBQ grills, flags, photos, drawings, or visible items on balconies * Balconies cannot be used for storage * Do not keep boxes, unused furniture, bicycles, drying racks, recycling bins, or similar items on balconies Common Area Rules ( FINE: AED 1,000) Common areas must remain clear, undamaged, and free from unauthorized business activities.
