The neighborhood EMAAR Beachfront is a private, island community on Dubai Harbour. The development is located just off Dubai Marina, between JBR and Palm Jumeirah. Emaar Beachfront is strategically located in proximity to the city’s best malls, restaurants and yacht clubs. It enjoys easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road enabling residents to conveniently commute to the rest of the city. Supermarkets: Plus Point Supermarket, Sulafa Tower is the closest option at a 6-minute drive by car. Caramel Center Supermarket, Atlantis Fresh Supermarket, Uni Mart, Swiss Mart Super Market, Stripes are a 7 to 12-minute drive away from the neighbourhood.
