IMPORTANT BUILDING RULES (Strictly Enforced by Building Management) Please note that the below rules are imposed by the building management and are non-negotiable. Any fines issued due to violations will be the guest’s responsibility. • Garbage Disposal (Fine: AED 500) Trash must only be disposed of in the designated trash chute located on the same floor. Leaving rubbish outside the apartment or in common areas/ floor of trash chute room is strictly prohibited. • Noise Disturbance (Fine: AED 500) Please keep noise to a minimum at all times. Loud music, TV, parties, or any disturbances to neighbours are not allowed. • Smoking / Alcohol / Shisha in Common Areas (Fine: AED 1,000) Smoking, drinking alcohol, or using shisha is strictly prohibited in all common areas and community facilities. • Community Amenities Usage (Fine: AED 250) Building facilities such as the pool and gym may only be used during operational hours. • Children Under 16 in Pool/Gym (Fine: AED 250) Children under 16 years old must always be accompanied by an adult when using the pool or gym facilities.
