Please note that due to the high summer temperatures in Dubai, cold water is not available from taps or showers. This is because most water tanks and pipes are located on rooftops and exposed to the heat, causing the water to run warm. Thank you for your understanding. * Please note that Emaar Beachfront is a newly developing neighborhood, and construction of new buildings is currently ongoing in the surrounding area. While every effort is made to minimize disruption, you may experience some noise during your stay. Thank you for your understanding. * Please be advised that alteration works are currently being carried out on the 16th floor. With a valid NOC until the end of July. As a result, there may be some noise disturbances during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience caused.  Noisy Work Timings: * Noisy works: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM * Non-noisy works only: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM * No noisy work permitted: Saturdays and Sundays IMPORTANT !
