This is because most water tanks and pipes are located on rooftops and exposed to the heat, causing the water to run warm. Thank you for your understanding. * Please note that Emaar Beachfront is a newly developing neighborhood, and construction of new buildings is currently ongoing in the surrounding area. While every effort is made to minimize disruption, you may experience some noise during your stay. Thank you for your understanding. Please be advised that construction work is currently underway in the neighborhood. While the permit is valid, the expiry date has not been disclosed. Work is expected to continue for approximately one month. The construction timings are as follows: Monday to Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM Sunday: No Work IMPORTANT!
